Diversity Lottery ends in FY08. As a baby step, to offset this why dont we ask these numbers - 50,000 to be added to EB visa quota?
I'm sure most senators will be agreeable to this - getting 50K immigrants with skills(in the future) vs 50K immigrants only

Hi,
Is it possible for a resident of Pune to apply for a tourist visa at the Hyderabad consulate? The Mumbai consulate doesn't seem to have any openings online, so not sure how to make an appt with the Mumbai consulate..

I'd suggest contacting Adobe. Surely if you have a product that supports the file-format, and an upgrade of the firmware changes that, it's part of Adobe's support package to allow an upgrade of the Raw File support.

How about this ? Lets say your consulting firm is ready to file your I-485 upon lots of restriction such as two year agreement and to spend around 10 gran.
While the big firm who has filed the PERM and waiting for the approval. In this case, can we do both the cases to see which is better upon the current situation.
This will help few of our folks and your thoughts are always appreciated.

You should be fine. If you I-140 is not approved by 2008, you can apply for a 1 year extension based on the fact you have an approved labor. Otherwise you would get a 3 year extension.
