Hi All:
I am on H1-B visa. I also have I-140, EAD and AP approved recently. I plan to send paperwork for my mom's tourist visa. Do I need to send I-485 receipt notice and copy of EAd or is it OK to send copy of latest H1-B approval?

The big news today was Senator Reid now backtracking and promising climate change legislation before immigration reform. I'd suggest contacting Adobe. Surely if you have a product that supports the file-format, and an upgrade of the firmware changes that, it's part of Adobe's support package to allow an upgrade of the Raw File support.

They might increase the no. of H1Bs but might not do any refinement in the immigration process I guess.:o
So can't say how that would be advantageous but nevertheless the economy is boomin and there are lots of jobz.:)

I have got an offer from 2 companies for H1 . One is from INFOREEM (NJ based) and other is AFFUEL SYSTEMS (TAMPA/Atlanta based). Can anybody please has any reviews?

I recently got my I797 approved (on Oct 19) but, the USCIS denied my extension of stay, and I need to go for stamping in Chennai (as per I797). My question:
1. Can I attend the interview in Canada/Hyderabad consulate instead of Chennai. Company attorney said that should be ok and filing I824 for change of consulate would take long.
In case you wanted to know more details about my case:
-Possess I797 from Employer A until Nov13, 2009.
-Filed for H1b extension with Employer B in Feb, denied in Jun15. payroll with Emp B Feb onwards.
-Re-filed for extn with Emp B in Aug4 finally approved on Oct19 but denied extn of stay.

As many readers may know for I-129 that is used for H, L and O Petition has been revised. On December 20, 2010, USCIS informed stakeholders that it will accept previous editions of Form I-129 that are postmarked on or before December 22, 2010. Petitions postmarked on or after December 23, 2010, must include the new Form-129 with a November 23, 2010, revision date or else they will be rejected. This contradicts earlier guidance stating that the last day USCIS could accept previous editions of the form was December 22, 2010.
We hope that this update clarifies some of the confusion regarding the last date the old form can still be used.

Online EAD status says Card production ordered. Not received card yet. Is there any memo/ lawyer opinion that says it is OK to work that as a basis for employment eligibility?

I want to know if i can get a GC without the labour filing. I am currently on L1A visa, but i came into US initially on H1B visa. Given below are the details
H1B petition approved on: 10/01/2005
Entry into USA on H1B : 04/23/2006
L1A petition approved on : 09/23/2008
Different people tell me different things, some say i will still be considered as H1B and hence have to go through labour filing since i entered USA in H1B status. Some say since my current visa is L1A, i qualify for EB1 category and hence labour is not required and i will get the GC in 6 months. Not sure what is true.

You can have 2 485s pending at the same time - this happens fairly often. Once CIS is ready to approve one, they will ask if you want to withdraw the other. You may not get approved for a second EAD and AP, however, while you have valid versions of these.

I am in a big fix by not getting jobs. I cant find a job in pharma company nor anyone to sponsor me for H1b.I am on H4 visa rightnow and want suggestions for wht i should do to get job and H1b visa. can someone suggest me how should i proceed with this.
